Eligibility for Returns

• You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and strictly in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Certain items like unsealed perfumes, intimates, and downloadable software are non-returnable for hygiene and security reasons.

How to Return (Zero Hassle)

Simply navigate to your “My Account” section, select the specific order, and click “Request Return”. Our logistics partner will come directly to your specified address to collect the item—no post office visits required!

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed immediately. Credit card payments will be reversed to the original card (usually takes 5-7 business days), and COD orders will be refunded securely to your designated Bank Account or Shophine Wallet.
